They all look good. I've never seen Duncan before so I can't say much about his looks. But Dark looks good...and Axel looks good as well. Just that you mixed up his facial scars.
Yeah, to me, Duncan is like a light version of DARK.

Lol did you look at this one? It has the right facial scars of Axel [link] Notice the X scar on his left cheek and then the two smaller scars just below his nose on his right side and then the other scar farther on his right cheek.
